What is Cefadur DT (Cefadroxil) used for?

Cefadur DT (Cefadroxil) is a cephalosporin antibiotic which is effective in treating a wide range of bacterial infections, such as those occurring in the throat, urinary tract, skin and other infections. It effectively treats these infections by inhibiting the growth of the bacteria. However, it will not work for viral infections such as common colds or flu.

Cefadur DT (Cefadroxil) comes in the form of a tablet, which should be taken orally.
