Duolin HFA Inhaler (Salbutamol/Ipratropium Bromide) is used to treat patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and may also be used to treat asthma. This drug contains the active ingredients salbutamol, also known as albuterol, and ipratropium bromide.

Patients should shake the inhaler gently before use, to mix the solution. The mouthpiece may then be placed in the mouth, and the spray delivered. The patient should then inhale the contents, and hold their breath for 5 to 10 seconds. If you have been prescribed a second dose, you should wait for 15 seconds before administering a second spray.
