It contains no addictive substances and consists of natural vapours and aromatic oils such as menthol, cinnamon, and pine. This combination of substances is designed specifically to alleviate congestion and other cold symptoms by soothing the tissue of the respiratory tract and relieving inflammation.

How should I use Karvol Plus Inhalant (Camphor/Chlorothymol/Eucalyptol/Terpinol/Menthol)?

It is quite simple to use this medication. Simply, cut off the end of the capsule and pour the contents onto an absorbent object which is placed on or nearby the patient's bed, such as bedding, a tissue, or a handkerchief. It is not necessary or advised to touch the object, as the patient merely has to inhale the scent during sleep to experience the effects and improved symptoms. Take care to ensure the absorbent object is out of reach when the patient is a child or baby.
