The 150mg tablets are normally taken once per month in the morning whereas the 35mg tablets are usually taken once per week in the morning. However, you should always take them on the same day each time. The tablets should be swallowed whole, with a full glass of water, and you should stay upright, either standing or walking, for 30 minutes after taking it.
