What is Risperdal (Risperidone) used for?

You should consult your physician immediately if any of these side effects persist or worsen, or if you notice nasal bleeding, drooling, white patches inside the mouth or on the lips, shakiness, involuntary bodily movements, fever symptoms or seizures.
