What is Lupizol (Lansoprazole) used for?

Lupizol (Lansoprazole) is given to patients to treat and prevent ulcers of the stomach and intestine, erosive espohagitis and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (excess acid production by the stomach). How should I use Lupizol (Lansoprazole)?
